I've heard alot of people on here say they were sore before they found out they were pregnant and throughout the first trimester. But what kind of soreness was it and where. Because I am about 4 weeks pregnant (could be a little more) and my hip bone has been soo sore for the past couple days. I dont know if its pregnancy related or if I did something strenous (which I know I wasnt doing cause all I do is SLEEP!!!) Did anyone have this kind of soreness this early and what other soreness should I be expecting?

You may notice this type of pain because your pelvis is spreading to make room for baby so there is alot of pain and pressure. You will probably notice it more the farther along you get. I did not have any hip problems until getting pregnant. With that said, I would definitly call your doctor and ask them what can be done to have it releived and rule out any "possible" problems. You may also notice a sort of crampy feeling (similar to period cramps). This is due to your uterus expanding and making room for baby. If you feel something doesn't feel right do not hesitate to call your doctor. *LOL* I called them because I was crampy, didn't have morning sickness and so many other things. If you are not sure the doctors office will not think your silly to call. They will reassure you and let you know what is normal and what isn't.

The soreness you are talking about could be ligament pain. It happens as the ligaments around the uterus stretch and grow. As far as other symptoms you could experience sore breasts, nausea and/or vomiting, headaches, constipation, increased salivation, and the list goes on.
Good luck, the 1st trimester can be a roller coaster.

Maybe you have been sleeping on that one side too much. You should really get up and move around. I slept most of my pregnancy away and I regret it!
