here is what you should do:
use two coats of black mascara that does not clump, and apply a line of purple or dark blue eyeliner. (or green if you like) and then use a silvery, suttle eyeshadow and use most of it above your top row of eyelashes, trailing a thin line of this under your eyeliner below your bottom eyelash row. this will make your eyes pop like crazy! ;)

Purple makes brown eyes pop! I would say use a purple shadow on eyelids and then do a darker purple on bottom lid for a eyeliner look. Using shadow as liner on bottom lid is a good idea because it will brighten your eyes rather them making them look darker/ blending in :] Also, use a light blush. This will REALLY make your eyes stand out against the tone of your cheeks.

I find that a light shimmery color at night works wonders. but during the day light brown on the lid and a beautiful dark brown in the crease makes your eyes pop. along with black mascara and black eye liner. maybelline mascara wonderful

use a lot of purple... use purple eyeliner and a mixture of purples and browns in your shadows. Use black mascara though... unless you have really full lashes then use brown or purple (I know purple sounds crazy but it really works if you have enough lash to pull it off... almay purple is great!)
