30 congresspeople, and 13 senators. Of the 30 Jewish members of Congress, 29 are Democrats and of the 13 senators, 9 are Democrats.

I am Christian, I can tell you that there are NOT enough Jews or Christians in Congress. I have heard that in Minnesota our Senator Norm Coleman is Jewish and he does a wonderful job!!!!

I'm not sure but I do know the following Senators are Jewish:
Boxer, Feinstein, Feingold, Levin, Lieberman.

well all the senaters that claim to be christian are technically jewish. they are childern of Abraham by faith, as the bible says

I'm not, and I really don't know.. but then I don't know how many are Chinese, German, Italian, Mexican or any other nationality...... doesn't really matter to me.. if they can do the job they can be Pekingese for all I care.

maybe they list religions at www.congress.gov most are christian, protestant some catholics and baptist. a few jews and muslims.
