Ice and a scraper. Put some ice on in and let the gum get hard it will scrape right off.

Don't think you need chemicals, most times laying a bag of ice, or several ice cubes on top of the gum will harden or freeze it enough to allow you to pop it up off the concrete.

Use a chisel or knife to get rid of most of it, then clean up the rest with paint thinner and a toothbrush.

Dry ice makes it snap right off. No questions asked , it just pops right off.
