To delete it without sending it to the Recycle Bin then hold down Shift Key and Right Click the File and then click delete. Or select the file and press Shift+Delete.

You could do what they say, but, there is a more appropriate approach which will delete everything that is unnecessary from your PC...
You Should go to START /Programs/Accesories/SystemTools/Disk Cleanup
Run disk clean up... this program will show you
Number of items in your Recycle Bin
Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Cookies
Old Installation Files
Etc... etc...
When you're done cleaning unnecessary files in your PC, it will work smoothly, like new... wahaha...
