Right here in the USA. Don't think so? Take a trip around the world, go to any other nation and look at their government control and the rights of their people. A wake up call if you do. Make you thankful to be born in the USA.

Fredom is mainly a matter of perception. I was born and always lived permanently here but because of my work I have lived in a lot of countries. There are a lot of people around the world that feel as free as most Americans. It has been a hobby of mine to compare thoughts with people from other countries. A lot feel that some of the prices that Americans disqualifies us as a free nation, death penality, dirty politics, rich ruling people etc.

I think that most people in most countries that abide by the law of their land feel quite free.

Any time that you are under the rules and regulations of any government you also trade some of your freedoms. If you look at the number of things that you are restricted in doing youwill see that you have given up a lot of freedoms, some of them make total sense, some don't. So I guess you are as free as you feel.
