When will rumbling hearts-Haruka route come out?

I've already watched the current one and I know that there's another in the making but when will it come out?

Apparently there have been rumors since 2006 that there would be a remake of Kimi ga nozomu eien (rumbling hearts) focusing on Haruka, and some state it was confirmed:

But as of yet there has been no official statement stating when the anime will be created.
