If they're wasting their time, money and energy for other people's dreams, they should get out. If they're investing their own time and energies in their own business for their own goals, they should continue. I recommend a balanced business approach that includes retailing efforts to ensure some income today as they build their business for tomorrow.

Last year, based on Quixtar sales of $1.118 billion and Partner Store sales of 84.6 million, IBOs earned $370.1 million in bonuses and other incentives, not including retail markup. IBOs are earning money and those working toward their share of the pot should continue to work toward their goals.
