Absolutely not dear. This is a 100% internet scam.
I pose two questions:
1. Do you remember entering this lottery? If not, then how is it possible for you to win it?
2. Do you live in Australia? Then how could you win the Australian lottery?
I would steer clear of any e-mail which asks you for, or claims to want to give you money.

LOL. hell no.
they'll probably say you won then ask for lots of information including your bank account number so they can wire the funds directly to you.
when you do that you just open the door for them to rob you, or steal your identity.
