First of all, Naruto is great... give it a chance. I hated it at first, but I love it now.
Every Saturday on Cartoon Network, a new episode of Naruto airs. The last one was on just an hour ago, and it is around episode 79.
Youtube has every episode up to 224 on stock. 225 is expected on March 15. The down-side: you have to read. Everything is subbed. Nevertheless, it's awesome.
Start at the beginning. Nothing in the middle will make sense unless you watch the first few episodes. In my opinion, the first thirty or so are the best.

There's going to be episode 225 on March or in another words shippuden episode 5 (shippuden is the 2nd season of Naruto, 2 and a half years later after 1st season).

Lol that will ruin it for you. I'd never heard of it til 2 weeks ago when I looked it up on youtube. I'd suggest starting with episode 1. I'm only on episode 81 so I don't know the whole thing. I know it's easily available on wikipedia. Also I know there's like 250-300 episodes. I really would give it a shot though without spoiling it.

Right now, there about up to 225. I don't want to spoil it for you but I have to. Sasuke turns evil, goes to Orichimaru for more power so he can kill Itachi, Naruto is getting stronger and smarter, Sakura has a killer punch like her sensei, Tsunade, the fifth hokage, Gaara is the Kazekage. Thats all I feel like writing. You should check the anime out but the manga beats it by a long shot. ^_^ hope that helps

if u go to narutofan.com they always post the newest episodes. (in japanese that is) they went up to 200 something and then changed it to narutoshuppenden episodes and r starting from 1. the storyline is way too long and complex to explain here so u'll have to just watch all the episodes. or if u want me to explain e-mail me at isabella5000usa@yahoo.com.

honestly, before, i almost killed my cousins for liking naruto. i never ever watched naruto but after 3 years, my brother brought naruto DVD's. Surprisingly, it was cool so i continually watch 'em at youtube. Totally, it's 224 episodes. 220 Episodes from Naruto and 4 episodes from Naruto: Shipuuden (Hurricane Chronicles)...
I recommend you to watch it from episode one. it would ruin the image of naruto for you if you will know many before you watch it.

well i only watched the first ep and i told my friend i hated it but then ep 30+ was on tv and now i like it =] just give it a try you might like it
