Always subtract your original from your new.
7.65 (new) - 9.1 (old)= -1.45

Divide the resulting number from the original to find out the percent change. -1.45/9.1= -15.9%

take 9.10-7.65
that will give you the change make sure to put a negative sign in front of your answer to reflect a drop in the share

9.10 - 7.65 = 1.45 down.
Next day ABC will open at 7.65.
