I don't know that there are any real ones left, sorry. You could print one though.
When I was in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" we used big gold ribbon-like things (I'm not sure what they're called but they had wire on the sides and fabric in the middle) and wrote "Wonka" on them.
After the show, I got a "golden ticket" with the show name and dates, but I don't really know that that counts either.
