Sorry to tell you, but most of Rival's appliances aren't worth repairing, if you can even find someone who will go to the trouble of trying to find parts. Odds are it's made in China and imported to your country, as they are to us in the U.S. If there's an address on the box or user's manual as to where you may send it for repair, that's probably your only option.
