i will merely restate what each and each individual mentioned, by way of fact the 1st individual who mentioned it replaced into inadequate: The clocks will pass back one hour this night at 2:00AM (that's technically the following day at 2AM) meaning the hour of 1Am will repeat. Set your clocks back this night in the previous you pass to mattress, and you'd be arranged.

Because they are trying to get you more daylight, which means lower power bills cause your lights aren't on as long in the evening.
