Zoolander, Kung Pow!: Enter the Fist, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, and Robin Hood: Men In Tights are all good movies if you want to laugh.

Better Off Dead, The Princess Bride, Bandits (with Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton--hilarious together), newer one would be Night at the Museum.
Some old Disney movies that are funny: Snowball Express, Monkey's Uncle, That Darn Cat--good family movies. :-)
Pirates of the Carribean 2: Dead Man's Chest is AWESOME.

"Young Frankenstein" is brilliant.
Other funny flicks:
"Cry Baby," "Bottle Rocket," "Charlie & the Chocolate Factory," "The Producers" (with Gene Wilder, not the horrid remake), "Little Miss Sunshine," & "O' Brother, Where Art Thou?".
Hope you find something that makes you laugh. Peace!
