Im currently saving for one. Just want to know how women who have had it done feel about the whole thing now how they feel about themselves. I dont want mine extremely big jus bigger than what they are. I know some women go to the extremes of having them too big , where they arent proportioned thats not what i want. I want them jus big enough and still be able to feel confident about it and sexy.

My friend just had hers done. She went from a size AA to a full B and she loves them. She says she finally feels like a woman. The pain is really bad for awhile but in the end it's worth it.

The scars will always be there and it takes at least a year for them to start to fade, if you have the wrong doctor you can lose all sensation by severed nerves, if they are not under the chest muscle they are very unreal, nursing a child could be out of the question, You can have fits of itching and muscle spasms. Then again you can troll with the best of them, without curing any insecurities already there. The implant on your dominant arm will be hard and the other one soft. Just a bit of lore from been there and done that. If you try to go too big they can rupture thru your chest wall and you get to start over. If you just have a simple small pouch inserted under the base of the boob it could be just fine, my friends with that surgery have floating boobs in a hot tub. I think we all look the way we do for a reason---big boobs aren't part of the overall plan. Just my opinion and some real facts. If that's all that will make you happy go for it.

I had a "boob job" but the other way, a reduction. Like was said, it can take a while for scars to fade.

If you want more opinions on women who have gone through augmentations check out the forum on http://www.breasthealthonline.com they deal with reductions augmentations tummy tucks, etc.
