At first I went with CM Punk but the WWE has put him in the doghouse so my bet would be on either Matt or Orton I could see havin a feud with HBK in the upcoming months and i could probably see Matt fighting Undertaker The WWE has given Matt a great push lately it's just a matter of time before he gets pushed up to the main event I think the Money In The Bank Ladder Match is the one for him

Definitely Randy Orton! He needs to get a push and the signs if you watch closely point to Randy Orton winning it and then starting a rivalry with Edge because Edge will be upset that Randy won and he lost. I hope that answers your question.

Well, he'll most likely qualify (he won't go to WM without a match), and it'll probably be down to edge and orton.
Orton will come out victorious, because edge has already gotten a million title shots.
