If you haven't been to the doc or had a positive pregnancy test, why do you say "2 days later i miscarried wasnt bleeding until like 8 hrs later" ?? Did someone.. anyone MEDICAL diagnose it as a miscarriage?

A late period could be million things. Pregnancy and miscarriage is just one scenario. If you believe you miscarried, you should see a doctor. There's no way of knowing if you'd need a d&c unless you see the dr.

If the tests didn't show positive how did you know you were pregnant to begin with? Believe me if you miscarried, you'd know it. It is the worst cramps you could ever imagine and you bleed ALOT, even alot more than a heavy period. If you did miscarry you must go to a hospital because sometimes your body can't completely clean out the baby & everything by itself. I got lucky and didn't need a D&C to help with expelling everything. You may have just been late because of stress, that happens alot.

It sounds like you were just late in your period. When you miscarry, you should be bleeding clots and tissue and your PG test would have come up Positive.
