You would keep food at home and return after 5 days saying it was not good when you purchased it. The restaurant would laugh at you. Food shouldn't be kept or eaten after that long. They would not believe you. But I can say one thing, you can bet it will be the first time they heard that story and probably will never hear it again.

They won't believe you, even if you're telling the truth. They would say, "I'm sorry, but there's nothing we can do. It's against our policy to refund your food after 5 DAYS." But seriously, why would you take food back after 5 days?

Absolutely not! There is no way to tell if 5 day old spoiled food was good when it was fresh.

Honestly, I would laugh. Would you buy concert tickets and try to return them 5 days after the show?
