Roe v. Wade is an insult to the Constitution. Nowhere in the Constitution is the word abortion used. Five liberal justices twisted the Fourth Amendment (Right to Privacy) to mean abortions are no body's business but the mother's. That is failed logic. If that were the case, anything done in the privacy of ones home would be legal. And we know that is not true. For example, you can not legally commit suicide. Attempted suicide had been judged illegal.

whats up genius, Roe v Wade isn't legislations!!!! it particularly is a court docket decision that grew to become into agreed to by technique of four of 7 people who have been time-commemorated, self-confessed liberals on the preferrred court docket. As for it being overturned, which it particularly is, there is somewhat sturdy info that the definition of while existence starts is starting to be lots extra sparkling. to that end, by technique of its very definition, theory might grow to be the commencing up of existence and for this reason abortion will grow to be unlawful because of the fact it may be seen homicide. So your sacrament of abortion my very quickly and with any luck will grow to be unlawful properly. EDIT for Amy: Amy, the place in all of humanity has abortion been legal? Why has it continually been carried out in secrecy and people who had them in the previous have been refrained from by technique of society? It was a mistake for the Federal Courts to rule on Abortion one way or the other. It is Judicial Legislation.
If California wants abortion fine, if Utah wants to outlaw it fine too. Leave the Constitution out of it.

Killing innocent children is against my belief. It's not a black and white issue though. There are a lot of good arguements on both sides of the fence. I'll stick with the plan that leaves murder out. Easy for me to say, right!

Abortion is murder, If you can't be responsible with your sex life why should an innocent baby have to pay the price? I know that the majority of Americans would be so sick if they had to watch an abortion being done, and if they did watch an abortion being done it would be over turned! The only reason it is not overturned is because people are ignorant to what happens, how much pain the baby is in and YES IT REALLY IS A BABY, with eyes, ears, fingers, toe, nose, arms, legs, all of the parts, and it is legal to murder it. An innocent baby. How wicked we have become!!

I am vehemently against abortion for birth control. I firmly support pro-choice. It's impossible to legislate morality.
