Tupac is dead. He has been dead for ten years. It is one of those Elvis things. How come no one has "seen" Biggie? Elvis has been dead about 30 years and people still "see" him.

I dont know who this "topac" person you speak of, but TUPAC is dead. So is Elvis. So is biggie. Been dead for a longgggg time. Not coming back. Ever.
