They have a good shot at it, yes.
They've gotten better and should contend quite easily for the Central Division Title.
After that anything can happen.

No. They weren't expected to end above 4th place via many, many, many human beings. they have had a warm start up even though it has to proceed which it won't. in basic terms because of the fact a collection gets off to a warm start up in April would not recommend that they are valid playoff/international series contenders. they simply are not that good. basically an Indians fan could have self assurance that they are playoff/international series contenders. WTF do i comprehend? i comprehend that's April and branch's are not gained in April nor are pennant races even going suitable now. Come confer with me in August and we will see how the Indians are doing, I assure they gained't be in opposition because of the fact they don't seem to be that good, super deal they have been given Sizemore decrease back, he's a .270 hitter, the Indians have not something to maintain them in the pennant race. super deal they have have been given good beginning pitching and function a good bullpen as much as now, do not anticipate it to proceed nevertheless. that's the 0.33 week of the season and that i've got seen communities have warm April's basically to crumble and the Indians are actually not any distinctive.

World Series. Say what? Try about 75 - 83 wins, and a shot at the wild - card until September starts.

Their offense is good with Sizemore, Martinez and Hafner but they don't have any clutch hitters tho (Which you need to win a world series)...casey blake is a lifetime choker, jhonny peralta gets into slumps often, jason michaels is too old to play.
Other than C.C. Sabathia and Westbrook, do they have any good pitchers???
Cliff Lee is aiite but he gets tired after like 6 and a half innings. The bullpen is weak...Borowski is a decent closer but who's gonna be the set up man??? Fausto Carmona or whatever his name is??? Thats bad man.
Im sorry, they have wayy too many holes to win the world series this year

As much as I like the Indians, I think they will be facing a lot of competition from the Tigers, Twins and White Sox.

Princess, I am an Indians fan and I hope they will make it to the WS every year.
Reality is while I think they can make the playoffs this year, meaning they would have a chance to make it the WS, they will not make it to the series.
I would love to be wrong, however.

Sorry but NO.
Sabathia is they're best guy and he's not good enough to carry the whole team. They probably won't even make it to the playoffs.

Sorry, they have a damn good offense with Sizemore, Martinez, and my favorite offensive player (Hafner) but I don't think their pitching as a whole will hold up its end.

yes, there pitching staff is highly overlooked and underrated, this group can get them to the dance, barring injuries of course.
