Oh yes, definitely. For example, we can prove that if you drop something, it will fall.
On the other hand, it is utterly impossible to disprove almost any theory that doesn't directly conflict with what is proven. For example, I could hypothesize that there are alien ninja zombies in bikinis from outer space who control the weather from their mothership that we can't detect, and there is nothing you could do to prove that it isn't true.

Theories aren't alway final. Their information can be challenged and changed, that's why they're still theories and not facts.
