You know how some dances have this feet "sliding" effect in their moves? Like as if their feet are sliding on the floor smoothly??
how do you do that?

They actually have little balls on the heels of their feet. Their very tiny, and you cant see them. Some are real, and they practice, and others are fake. Their almost similar to a skateboards wheels, but smaller.

These three moves are similar....
floating, gliding, sliding
floating is the basic step to start with, gliding is the same as floating only you move further distance, and sliding is doing the same sort of thing. Its foot work. It looks hard but if you see people break it down its easy.

actually the sliding on the floor technique is achived with many dificult weight shiftings and leg movements
