Ok Friday was Sports day .......you know when u get in houses and commpiet ...... any way i was doings herdles 100m and i came home with ,ma groin killing me ,i jump the herdle with ma left leg and the pain it to the left of the grion area help

This sounds like a pulled groin muscle. Take some motrin @ 600mgs. with food. Put some Ice on the painful area for no longer than 15mins at a time. Your muscle will heal in about 5 days only if you keep up the motrin and ice. Also remember to stretch before you do things like that. You probably pulled the muscle because you didn't stretch. This is a common sports injury.

I pulled a groin muscle before and this sounds exactly like the symptoms. I could not get off the couch for 2 days, anytime I moved the pain was unbearable. Mortrin or advil help, but it took almost a month for it to completely heal, and then I had to be real careful while running sprints. Make sure that you stretch before trying to run again.

You may have pulled a muscle.
Take something called Motrin. It's also called Advil or Ibuprofen. You need to take it with food. You can safely take 400 mg (two tabs) with food.
you can also try a warm bath to soak/relax your muscles. you'll probably feel better in the morning.
If not; take some more Motrin with breakfast.
