Well the VX 8600 is the successor to the VX8300 which I own and I love it. Battery lasts long, can use it as an MP3 player, takes pictures, expandable with flash memory chip, connects to my computer, VCAST, internet and bluetooth capable. It does everything I want and more. The VC8600 has all that and a sleeker profile. I believe it has a longer battery life in terms of talk time and standby.

I personally don't need a Blackberry substitute, and that's the LG-env (VX9900). IF you need that capability, why not just get a Blackberry? So its got stereo speakers and a QWERTY keyboard. I think the VX8600 is all you need unless you need Blackberry like qualities and then get a Blackberry.

So I vote for the VX8600.

it really depends what you need, if you just want a good looking, fairly simple camera phone, go with the 8600, if your into texting and multimedia go for the en-v
both phones are pretty decent though, except for the fact theyre on verizon, the coverage is good, but their customer service and product pricing is horrible
