Man that is a really hard question!!!
I am going to have to say Alando Tucker because he led his Wisconsin team to a better record than Acie Law IV's Texas A&M Team plus Tucker had the better stats of the two players.

Despite being a big 10 fan I'd still have to say Acie is the more complete "next level" player.
