are the free samples on Walmart.com completely free? meaning no hidden charges, things like that?

Yes they are completely free. I have went on their website several times and gotten them. Actually, in the store they always have people giving away free samples. It's all about the come back.

i've got observed they alter approximately as quickly as a month. Its frequently the producer that has wal*mart placed the loose samples on their internet site so i assume its on each and every occasion yet another producer is involved

yes they are free, they are usually only small packets of lotions and such no one would charge you for that stuff.
the best samples i have ever receieved from walmart were a swiffer duster and a gilette razor

yes I have got several free items from wal-mart and everything was free..they send the items fairly fast too.
