hi im abbey and im 9 and the youngest of 5 kids and there sofia-13 chase-15 shane-17 and cory-19 and there all rly poplar and good at EVERYTHING and the guys and girls lke them and think there prety and stuff and ple think im prety and stuff and im good at stuff lke sports tht there good at but i dnt like tring to live up to them adn stuff and and like my teacher im in 4th grade had 3 of them and they always talk about them and for the gfirst half yr there lke ur _'s little sister and im nown to most ple as _'s little sister adn i hate it! so would anyone like to adopt me with no brothers or sisters?!?! im 9 bday is feb 10 and i have blonde wavy hair to my back its prety long and blue eyes and kinda short and skinny and good at soccer and im rly nice and cute want to adopt me???

You can't just put yourself up for adoption. Your parents would have to sign off of you and give you to someone, otherwise you would be in the custody of the state and since you are not legal age to stand for yourself you would be placed with whomever of their choosing.
We do want to adopt however, but need a child that can be adopted. If I'm missing something, let me know email is open.

Someday you are going to be so grateful to have all those big brothers and sisters. I know they're a pain in the neck sometimes, but you really are lucky. I have a brother and a sister, and now that we're adults, I know that I can ALWAYS count on them. I'm having a baby soon, and my sister came over and cleaned my whole house. And she is planning on coming back after the baby is born to help some more. There's just nothing like a sibling relationship. I know you think you have good friends, but just wait - once you're not competing for everything, you'll realize how much closer you can be with your brothers and your sisters than you are with anyone else. You've grown up together, so you'll understand each other on a deeper level than you'll understand anyone else in the world.
As for when people call you ___'s little sister. I would practice an icy stare in the mirror, and say, "My name is Abbey." Then people will know that you want to be judged on your OWN merits, and not based on who your siblings are.
Hang in there, Sweetie. And when you go away to college - pick one far enough away that no one has ever heard of your siblings. It'll change your life.

Hey Abbey! Beware of advertising that you want to be adopted. There are plenty of perverts out there that would like to offer to do that - so try to be more mature and think about what you are saying, OK?
You'd be lonely after awhile if you didn't have brothers and sisters. Imagine when you are all grown up and all of you have families, how many cousins will be running around and how many aunts and uncles will be sending birthday gifts to your children! That is going to be soooooo neat.
You'll like being in a large family when you get a little older.
In the meantime, just get used to hearing about your siblings. Pretty soon, you'll be your own person with your own reputation at the school. It won't take long but it will happen. Good luck, kiddo!

Uhhh... I'm not sure you can technically put yourself up for adoption... especially on the Internet...
You sound like a good kid. Living up to everyone's expectations, especially when you're in a sibling's shadow, is really tough. They all expect things from you, but what do you want? You don't always have to do or be what everyone else wants you to do or be. It's your life, no one else's. One day someone will come up to one of your siblings and say "Hey, are you Abbey's brother/sister?" You'll be the one in the spotlight. Just be patient. It will happen. In the meantime, be the person you want to be, and do what you think is right for YOU regardless of what anyone else says or thinks.

ok seriously you need to calm down. everyone goes through this who is a younger sibling. at least your siblings were good and popular and not violent and druggies. otherwise your attachment to them would be a lot worse. being an adolescent is tough but you have to work through it. tell your parents not to say that stuff to you, and speak up to teachers after class. say please do not refer to me as ___s sister, i am my own person and i feel like a lot of times people dont remember that. they will respect you and start looking for the differences... just be polite about it and be your own person.

Count your blessings. Some people don't have any family at all. Look at it like you have your own personal army. No one can mess with you or any of your brothers or sisters with out some serious concequences.

Doesn't work that way, sorry. I'm one of 10 kids....this is what you go thru. You'd miss all of them, if you were to be adopted. Go to your room & close your door & have some peace from it all. Good Luck!
