Using a joypad as a mouse?

Does anyone know if it's possible to adjust the settings in Windows XP to allow you to use a joypad as if it was a mouse?

It seems like that should be possible but I can't find any way to do it!

There's no built in function for that in Win XP or any other operating system but here's a program for it.

special program called "joy 2 mouse" search yahoo for it and......
