F.) All of the Above.

The answer is c) Bush.

a) Democrats don't like Newt, but it's not because he had an extra-marital affair. They believe that one's sex life is his own business. Republicans are non-critical of this, because they realize that one's sex life is his own business. Newt is considering a run for President, showing it wasn't a disaster at all.

b) Nobody really cares about this; as noted above, one's sex life is his own business. The drug war is generally recognized as a failure, so nobody really cares about this either.

d) Foley's resignation put an end to the complaints; it was no disaster even last November.

e) They're talking about a pardon, so it is hardly a disaster for the Republicans. The real culprits are certain to escape scott-free.

In short, the Republicans have been able to survive all of these things. The Democratic majority in Congress is so thin that even Bush's many failings have failed to prove really disastrous.

C

He's stuck us in a civil war in Iraq and his Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit is the most fiscally irresponsible legislation since LBJ (who also got us stuck in a civil war by the way). We're going to be bankrupted by that policy and yet some people think we should have Socialized Medicine.

Worst of all, the young generation has been turned solidly Democrat, which means that the most Libertarian generation in 230 years will end up voting for big government, trans fat bans, school uniforms, and other anti-Libertarian ideas.

Why couldn't the GOP had run somebody like Representative Ron Paul in 2000? He's the most pro-freedom member of Congress and opposed Iraq, the Patriot Act, Military Commissions, and other junk passed by Bush. He would never have allowed crooked prosecutor Johnny Sutton to stick 2 innocent border patrol agents in jail. He would never have left us on the verge of a North American Union with an Amero currency. He would have stopped the Federal Reserve, eliminating inflation and protecting the savings of the Middle Class. He would never have allowed the FDA to continue keeping cancer drugs off the market and sending their creators to jail (remember the Martha Stewart trial?) because he would have stopped the FDA. He wouldn't have allowed Global Warming Demagogues to wreack havoc on the economy, as they're now well on their way to doing. Most importantly, he would have ended the Department of Education instead of passing All Children Left Behind and further Socializing Education. Fortunately, he's running in 08 and is the best hope to prevent Socialized Medicine from sending our economy back to the Dark Ages.

All But discern. I hold all responsible for their actions. It seems thought, that Libs do not, and they not only have the Best excuse machine, they actually seem to condone it on their side.
Which side was it that applauded the speech given by the Dem who got caught 'having' sex with a page? Wow. It was all over the media for one, no two nights????

Having that hate-filled psychopath on the side of the GOP helps the Democrats immensely.

Seeing that A, B, D, and E don't really affect my life as much as C, I'll have to say Dubya. Check out the article from Tom Pain Common Sense I've linked below, and you'll see why many liberals feel the way they do. It's a great article!
