appropriate title to call him or her? should I say" nice hand, sir?" or "Nice hand, maam?" or "he had a straight." or "she had a full house" or call it an it? this happened to me todsy and would like to know what is proprer for transvestes

Always refer to him as she or her. Obviously he is a transvestite because he wants to be considered a woman.

they would probably want to be addressed as the sex that they are portraying for a guy to girl transvestite call them ma'am since that is obviously what they want to be i think that would be the best way to handle it

If the person looks like a woman, then say ma'am, if he looks like man then say sir.
You address people the way they perceive themselves.

well if it is a transvestite then he/she would want you to call him/her what he/she is trying to become... like for example if you were sitting next to a transvestite girl( she used to be a man) then obviously she would want you to call her a female cause that is what she is trying to portray...if that makes any sense

you address them as the gender they are presenting themselves as. Dressed as a woman, ma'am, a guy sir.

If he's in full female mode he should be addressed and referred to as a female.
