I'm LDS, and I have found that the best place to find modest dresses are online. Try some of these sites:

http://www.eternityprom.com
Some of these sites have formal dresses, but there are some included that are more on the casual side

Mariposa, Debs, Maurices, Macy's, or Nordstrom. They all have lots of cute dresses.

uuh i know JC Penney has a lot of good dresses and places like dillards...it kind of depends on what it's for but try those places :)
