I just thought everyone should take the time to think about whether or not they are a true friend... If you are, would you mind telling me why you think so?

Well i think everyone would say they are a true friends with at least of their friends. And I think I am because when i become friends with someone I treat them very nicely I dont look at them as if im better or anything like that and if they have any problems or need advice I LOVE GIVING IT TO THEM because it makes me feel good in the inside and i can say that I have helped my friends out eventhough their not really my friend. And I will always have their back. ride or die !

well , dreamer of life , that's a tough one to answer but I'd just say that you might not always be physically there to help your friend . The thing which proves that you are a true friend is when your words make a difference in your friend's life and make him feel more comfortable.

as for me i really don't know because I've not had good friends since childhood.But recently got one.I really wish to be his truest friend ever.

A true friend to me is one that isnt two faced. one that doesnt talk sheitt bout you and acctually cares. someone who will not go along with stupid rumors just cause everyone else is, when they knoe its not true. Some one who will be there with you thick and thin. kay so yeah....its impossible but there are some people out there thats SOMEWHAT closee.

I would say so...because i would CARE about my friend even if i need to talk to them about something that would hurt them just to show them i care about them a lot. BE THERE for them through thick & thin. If they need advice im here to LISTEN and be UNDERSTANDABLE of whatever the situation it may be and try my BEST to give them the best advice i could give them. And HELP them and not expecting anything BACK.

I'm a true friend becuz i would do anything 4 my best friend in the whole world (her name is Myranda) I'm trustworthy and if my friend told me a secret i wouldn't go blabbing it off like most people.and through thick or thin Myranda will be my friend till the very end

I'm a true friend because I listen to what my friends say and I support them in whatever they do. I would be their crying shoulder whenever they feel heartbreak and I would never ever betray them. I feel as if they were my own family.

at times i haven't been , only when i split with my first love did i realise how much i had ignored my bestfriend when i was seeing the guy - but who was the 1st person there when i split from him - her - my best friend, from that day onwards i try my hardest as much as poss to be the best - truest friend ever...

im very honest. i try to encourage my friends. i care and am generous i think. i suppose it depends on one's idea of 'true' friend. one cant meet everyone's individual expectations.
