Shaq is more dominate, but Ben at this point is physically stronger. He's in a lot better shape then Shaq, though Shaq is getting back in shape again. At this point in time Ben will win a fight. But if you asked who was stronger and would win a fight IN THIER PRIME, easy Shaq. You have to remember Shaq is old. He might be only 35, but in the professional basketball league he is probly the oldest dominate player in the game at this point in time. Sorry Shaq, but he is on the decline. Even as old as he is. At this point in time yes Ben would win, but it would be close.

look at their bodies. shaq was always strong since he was in college. he would be strong without the help of weights. ben on the other hand is a product of hard work in the gym. ben is in better shape but strength wise on the court...i'd go with shaq. (doesnt necessarily mean though that shaq could out bench press ben though...but as far as ripping down a backboard...its shaq)
between those two in a fight...big ben. everyone seems to be scared of shaq when it comes to fighting. charles barkley took shaq and i would think charles oakley could too. ben wouldnt be intimidated by him take him out.

i still think shaq is stronger, he can back players down way better and more efficiently than wallace can. as for a fight, i say ben wallace, because he is much quicker.
and yes tha block was pretty sick, even more so because i hate shaq.
