From the eighties? How about 'Don't Dream it's Over' by Crowded house, 'The Promise' by When in Rome, 'Always Something There to Remind Me' by Naked Eyes, and 'Take on Me' by Aha. There's one song from the seventies that I like: 'Escape' by Rupert Holmes. Good times!
