Actually, that occured in one of Newt's earlier marriages before the Clinton scandal and before he became House Speaker. During the Clinton investigation, Gingrich was cheating on one of his later wives (like Rush Limbaugh, Newt has had 3 or 4 marriages).
The fact that Newt divorced his wife on her death bed in order to marry a young assistant, speaks volumes about his character. Newt Gingrich makes Clinton look like a boyscout in a Norman Rockwell painting.

First of all, Newt wasnt on trial, or under oath when he was cheating. Slick Willie on the other hand, was President of the US, under oath, and ended up making a mockery of the office and of his administration. Newt did not shake his finger at the camera and deny what we later found out to be true.
I dont know why we are even talking about this. It is all old news, I dont think Newt would run anyway, even without this new story, he had too much baggage for the libs to air out for him to have an effective campaign.

Bill Clinton destroyed himself, not one other person did it, not even Monica cause he had the ultimate moral responsibility to say NO. He dug his own grave a little deeper by lying about it unlike Newt.

Because he is a hypocrite. I can't believe people are actually talking about him running for President. Apparently they don't remember him and Bob Dole shutting down the federal govt. twice in the 90's because they could not agree with Clinton on a budget.
