Talking Heads or Golden Earring?

I am trying to figure out which video had a long version of perhaps twilight zone or something maybe talking heads had done. In the video the lead singer is a spy and wearing a gold suit. Simular to Golden Earring. But in the end of the video he comes up on stage in this gold suit. It has a cool story to it.

Anyone remember and what is the video name? Thanks

if its any help the video is like 10 minutes long. A cool story line. Used to be on MTV when MTV was good back in the 80's.
