I think it would be a great fight.

I think it would be about even. Yoda is smaller, more powerful and quiet, so Gandalf wouldn't know what's coming. However, Gandalf also powerful spells and can't levitate or fly around, and he needs material things to cast hexes or spells at Yoda. It would be good fight, but remember, two good people fighting each other would bring out the worst in each of them. Personally, I wouldn't get on the bad side of Yoda.

Yoda?!! You have all got to be kidding. Gandalf held off and eventually killed a Balrog (fire demon). Yoda can, at best, lift X-wing fighters above the ground.
A more interesting fight might be between Gandalf and someone using the dark side. Those lightning bolts out of the fingertips seem pretty nasty.

Yoda. He can fly around and has a lightsaber.
Whereas Gandalf got his butt kicked by Saruman! He's a lover, not a fighter.

Yoda kicks @$$. of direction he could win! Did you notice how he slammed those 2 Imperial Guards against the wall with out 2d thought? Gollum would not even have any magical powers. All he can do is chew your finger off.

You know that scene in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, when Jack and Barbossa are sword fighting, but they are both cursed and can't kill each other. I think it would be somthing like that. Equally matched opponents, with one eventually winning by tricking the other.
