If you are looking to use a T-Mobile SIM card in another carrier's phone, or use another carrier's SIM card in a T-Mobile phone, you will need to contact the phone's original carrier. The password is different for each model of phone, and mostly for each phone of the same model. They don't really have to give it, so be nice when you ask, and tell the customer service representative your situation.

It's different for each phone. You can't get it here. Call T-Mobile's customer service or take it to a place that unlocks them.
