Do many employers fired people for an inability to learn the work quickly?

I want to know an organization or anything that could help me get a career in computers. I have only worked in restaurants. I don't know anyone with an LD. Everyone I go, I'm the only with an LD. I live in South Carolina.
Everyone rushes me.

Certainly one may expect to be fired more quickly from the small business operator than from a larger corporation.

It really comes down to the cost effectiveness to retain the employee. As a public school teacher, I know more people have LDs than one would imagine. LD can come in many different forms.
