yes! Well i call it quater-life crisis. I'm turning 23 and i just graduated from college in january of 07. Now i have to think of doing my masters and possibly PhD in the near future as i'm a psychology student. I'm stressing!!
All i want to do is go back to high school, when i only had a few things on my agenda:
1. Go to class
2. Do homework
3. Get good grades
I didn't have to worry about getting a job, doing my master's and PhD program, making money for me to survive and paying rent.
But we all go thru it, some harder than others, but it too shall pass. It's just a stage where we jump from one stage of our lives to the next. Yea it's scary and seems like a crisis but it's not that bad once you take the irst few steps.
The sad reality is, yes u are getting closer to death than when you were born, but you still have a good 60 years til then unless you're not taking care of yourself.
I doubt you are going thru a mid life crisis at 25 hence the name mid-life. Mostly it effects men at their late 30's and around 40's or 50's but in my opinion, mind over matter can get you living life to the fullest and being happy at where you are. Maybe you're just being to hard on yourself. Go out and live life like a 25 years old or whatever age you want to be but don't stray too far away from reality. As the saying goes, all work and no play makes (your name here) a dull person.
Have fun go mad!
Go see the world!
Take up trapeze or something! =)

Man you're not old enough to have a midlife crisis. lol I do know what you mean though because now I'm starting to find gray hairs and that's really strange! I'm 33 yrs old and believe me, it only gets better. Seriously, I'm still a kid at heart. I am married but I still play video games and all that. You don't have to get old mentally and you've got a long way to go physically. Believe me, enjoy being in your 20's because once you hit 30 it's like time starts to fly! Stop thinking negative and start enjoying your life and living to the fullest.

Dude seriously. What the hell? Go to a Tool concert. Start working out HARD. Put an awesome stereo in your vehicle. Go skydiving, kayaking. Getting older is awesome. I am 50 and life just gets better because you have so much experience. I go to Burning Man every year and the coast for spring break. I also volunteer at the Symphony and was in Junior League. I think something else is going on with you. Are you OK with your family? I haven't had my mid life crisis yet and unless I live to 100 guess I missed it Partying.

YES! I thought I was the only one who did that. I was diagnosed with pretty severe depression, dwelling on how bad you wish you were a kid again is one of the symptoms. You might need to go get tested for depression. I am being treated for it now, and my life is much better than it used to be.

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I have the same problem, except with me the problem is that I don't want to be a teenager. It feels like your life is passing you by, and no one can do anything about it. If I had an answer to that problem, believe me, I'd share it with you!!!
