Chris Hani and Steven Biko were not jailed. They were killed because of the strength of Nelson Mandela. The social balance was affected by Nelson Mandela and his refusal to be broken.
For 50 years, white in South Africa have shown the face of Europeans in Africa; evil and despicable. Indians int he USA know the same impact of colonial detritus.

nelson mandela was never an American. He was South African.
Yet he did lead the people of South Africa against Aparthid.

i cant tell you two ways but i can tell you that because he was a revolutionary he shaped the way the police and the world looked at him. he stood up for what he belived in even though it wasnt the "right" thing to do.
