I've heard that with some women the baby does get quiet a day or so prior to labor. I'm at 40 and 3, and he's still using my ribcage as a xylophone. I think it just depends on the baby, and on your body. Once they run out of room in there, they really don't have much choice but to slow down.

U have less movement the bigger the baby gets. It is probably getting cramped since ur overdue.
If u dont feel the baby moving at all, u need to contact a doctor or go in and have it checked.
But, as long as u r feeling it move somewhat, dont worry too much.
I feel for ya girl. I bet ur miserable.....Good luck and Congrats.

sounds like it.. most women report little to no movement right before going into labor. Its always good to do kick counts though and if you feel they are too infrequent, report them to your doctor.

thats what it sounds like, the baby becomes much less active as it gets ready for birth, i know ppl who have gone into labor after eatin salty foods such as chinese foods and walking, also a tablespoon of castor oil will do the trick.
