I would call and get an appt to see your gyn. 19 days is very late for someone with a regular cycle. A negative HPT is not a definitve answer. Some women get false negatives for longer than that. Are you having any other symptoms of pregnancy? Regardless, I would see the doc. Good luck!

Stress or a virus can make you miss a period, even if you've been really regular prior to that occurrence. Wait until you've missed another period, and then take a test again. If it's still negative, see a doctor. There could be other issues that need to be resolved.

Stress can cause skipped periods.
U may have some sort of medical condition that is interfering with your cycles as well.
U need to make an appt with an OBGYN and get a check up. See if anything is going on with u.
Good luck.

Hi! 19 days is a long time to be late. Have you consulted your doctor. I was late by 9 days but it was due to the fact i ovulated later than usual. See your doctor and they can do a blood test to ease your mind. Good luck!

Stressing about being pregnant can cause your period to be late. If you are really concerned then call your doctor and he/she will give you a blood test and probably examine you to make sure everything is alright.
