is it possible for a posetive blood test before my period is due my last period was on the 20th of febuary i dun think iv missed it yet and home test was neg

yes it is possible. a blood test would be accurate if you haven't skipped a period yet.

I think you are testing too early. I don't know how long your cycle is, but a woman's cycle can range from 25 days to 32 days long (counting from the first day of your last period) and since your last period was on the 20th, then your next period should start anywhere between the 17th and the 24th of this month. Wait til after the 24th to take a home pregnancy test, if you don't know how long your cycle is. It's also too soon for you to get a positive blood test. Wait til around the 24th to get another blood test.

blood tests are much more accurate, if it came up positive it most likely is. home tests arent always right. wait a week or so and take another but use your first morning urine sample, its the most reliable

Yes it IS possible.
Mine LMP was October 18th and I found out on Nov 9rd we were pregnant- which was BEFORE my period was due.
So yep! Definitely possible ;-)
