She shaved her head, got 2 tattoos, she is now wearing a custom-made blonde wig that's up to her chin. Kevin Federline is taking care of their 2 boys Jayden James and Sean Preston.

She got in rehab, because she is on drugs and alcohol, and because of the fact that she got her head shaved and got some new tattoos, and she also wants out of rehab, because she doesn't like the environment.
