i have some pictures that have a happy birthday in it but i will like to take those words out how can i do that in my computer?

That is usually the kind of thing that will depend on each specific picture. If the "happy birthday is against a plain painted and well lit wall (i.e., no flash photography, no wall papers or textures etc.) it can be as simple as using MS Paintbrush to "paint" over it. In other cases, it will require an almost artistic skill. You should take it to someone who's done that before... or maybe post the picture so someone here can give you a more specific advice pertaining your pictures.

try using photoshop
