I'm pretty sure that Stanly O'Neal (CEO Merrill Lynch), Dick Parsons (CEO Time Warner), Robert Johnson (CEO BET), Kenneth Chenault (CEO American Express), Alwyn Lewis (CEO Sears), and about a thousand other ultra-successful black folks would resent this question. It is true that blacks are not represented in coporate board room in correlation to the percentage of their population make-up. However, their is a much stronger correlation between educational achievement and job success than their is between race and job success. So the better question is: Why aren't black attaining college degrees at the same rate as whites and why are predominantly black school districts underfunded.

They are in fact Jews. Not Caucasian. The Jews are dominating America and more powerful than the Caucasian. A Jew is a different race from the Caucasian, however they fool all Americans like they always do to think that they are White so the Whites can feel proud of themselves and do not resent the Jews. Instead the White man thinks he is in power, simply because someone who is more like his color in in power when in fact he is a Jew that claims to be White so the White man don't think his job is taken.

Who are ALL AMERICA'S CORPORATE CEO's. Do your own research.

Because black people are not taking power in their hands. Condi did what she had to do to rise to power. More black people need to step up.

I don't know if race is a factor, because minorities of other races (like Asian for example) hold positions of power in companies at a higher rate than whites....in relation to the percentage of population they make up.

In my opinion it's more about socio-economic status than race. Education is the key to putting African Americans in power. Unfortunately not many are staying in school.

You haven't been paying attention. In addition to Condi and Colin, there are a number of black folk in the Congress, and one of them (Obama) is running for President. There are numerous black people in state and municipal offices as well.

It does seem that non-caucasions really have to work hard for the position that they want. The trick is to learn as much about your job that you can, do it well, and if you dont get the job file a grivance.
