I have bra problems: i just cant get used to them. i have about ten, im 11 and they get sore so i have to wear one but out of all the teni have, none of them seems helpful. im not a cupped size, but im a trainer bra. plz help!

and i need one cuz i see right through y shirts and they get super sore and i dance so im active and they jiggle.and im 12 in 16 days... yay!

This is completely normal. You are 11. They are just starting to grow and develop. They are going to hurt no matter what kind of bra you wear. And you have to wear one. If you dont wear one they wont develop nice and round, they will look a little deformed and misshaped if you dont wear a bra to mold the shape. Good Luck Sweetie

I started wearing a bra when I was 9 and I started with sports bras. I hardly had anything then and it was fine. Try not to get a tight one...maybe one that is a little big. And once you wear one for awhile you will get used to it. Just dont wear sports bras to long once you start actually getting cup sizes becuase it can be bad for you form.

get different kinds dont buy ten of the same kind you need to find witch is more comforable 4 when i was first growning i found trainers very uncomfortable u also if you are just growning you are probly very sincisitve so you may have 2 small of trainers that are squesing u hard and hurting your breast go to the store and try on several diferent sizes and styels and brands

i would say instead of a trainer, wear a sports bra. they are more comfertable and some dont come with much padding if you havent started growing 'there' yet. you would of course then get the smallest size which i think is a 32A. i find sports bras really confertable if i dont feel like wearing a normal one. [mine arent all too big either, only 34B]

Go and get properly sized. 80% of us are in the wrong size bra. go to nordstrom's or jcpenney and get sized there. DO NOT go to victoria secret as they size you wrong (if you were a 34B they would size you as a 36D, trust me I went to VS and it sucked).
